About this product
Plain single-wall RSC (regular slotted container) cartons — the standard brown box. Supplied flat packed, glued on one seam, ready to tape.
Dimensions are internal, which is the measurement that matters when you are checking whether your product plus void fill will fit. Board is B or C flute depending on the size; both are rated for typical parcel-carrier handling up to around 15 kg when packed correctly.
Getting the size right
Measure the product at its widest point in each axis, add 20–30 mm per side for void fill, and round up to the nearest stock size. A box that is too large costs you twice: once in the box, once in the void fill needed to stop the product moving. Carriers increasingly bill on volumetric weight, so an oversized box can also push you into a higher price band.

Frequently asked questions
Are the dimensions internal or external?
Internal. External is roughly 6–8 mm larger in each axis for single-wall board. Always size against internal dimensions when you are checking product fit, and against external when you are checking a carrier’s maximum parcel size.
What weight can these take?
Single-wall B and C flute cartons handle typical parcel contents up to around 15 kg when the box is correctly packed and the flaps are taped along the centre seam. Above that, or for palletised freight that will be stacked, ask us to quote double wall.
Can I get a size that is not listed?
Yes — custom internal dimensions are quoted through the custom packaging form. Custom sizes carry a tooling-free but higher minimum quantity, normally 500 or more, so it is worth checking whether a stock size plus void fill works out cheaper.
Do you supply printed boxes?
Printed shipping boxes are quoted separately. For most brands, printing the mailer box that the customer opens gives a better return than printing the outer shipping carton.
