Delivery Policy

Everything here applies to bulk consignments. We do not ship small parcels, because we do not sell in small quantities.

Freight is quoted, not flat-rated

Every order on this site is at least 1,000 units, which means pallet or part-pallet freight. A flat delivery rate would either lose us money or overcharge you, so we price freight against your actual consignment and delivery address.

You select a delivery service at checkout. We confirm the cost with your order total by email, and you approve it before you pay anything. Nothing is charged on this website.

Lead times

Each product page shows an estimated lead time. That figure is the time from cleared payment to dispatch — not to delivery — and it depends on whether the line is held in stock or fulfilled directly by our supplier. The fulfilment status is shown on every product page.

We do not promise next-day delivery, and we will not quote you a date we cannot hold. Where a delivery date matters, tell us before you order and we will confirm in writing what is achievable.

Delivery sites

Pallet deliveries need a site that can receive them. Before you order, tell us in the order notes if any of the following apply:

  • There is no loading bay or forklift
  • The address is residential
  • Access is restricted by vehicle size, gate width or delivery hours
  • Someone must be present at a specific time

We can arrange a tail-lift vehicle or a smaller service where needed, but it has to be arranged before dispatch. A failed delivery because the site could not take the vehicle is rechargeable.

Checking your delivery

This is the part that protects you, so please do it properly.

  1. Count the cartons or pallets against the delivery note before you sign.
  2. Look at the outside of the consignment. If anything is crushed, torn, wet or visibly damaged, write that on the carrier's paperwork before signing. Signing clean makes a damage claim much harder for both of us.
  3. Photograph anything that looks wrong — on the vehicle if you can, before it is unloaded.

Damage or shortage

Tell us within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs and your order number, and we will put it right at our cost — replacement or credit, your choice. After that window we may not be able to claim against the carrier, which limits what we can do for you.

Delivery outside the United States

We can quote for international freight. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless we have agreed otherwise in writing on your quotation. Tell us the destination country before you order so we can quote the right service and paperwork.

Title and risk

Goods remain ours until we have received payment in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your decisions in this policy: the 5-business-day damage window, and whether failed deliveries are rechargeable. Both are set to normal trade practice. Change them in the admin if your carrier terms differ.
