FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to what buyers ask us first: the minimum order, samples, pricing, freight, payment and what happens if something goes wrong. We supply packaging in bulk only.
Why is there a minimum, and why $500?
We are a bulk supplier. Below a certain order value the setup, handling and freight cost swamps the goods cost, and the price stops meaning anything. Holding a firm minimum is what keeps the published prices where they are, so every product has a minimum order quantity worth at least $500. A mailer costs cents and a roll of stretch film costs dollars, so the quantity differs on each product and is stated on its page. If you need less than that, we are not the right supplier for you and we would rather say so now than waste your time.
Do you send free samples?
No. We do not supply samples, free or paid. Your first order is the trial — the minimum order is the smallest quantity we ship. To make that decision safe, we publish the complete specification of every product rather than asking you to take a photograph on trust. If something you need to know is not on the page, ask us before you order and we will tell you.
What counts as a "unit"?
Whatever the buyer counts, and it is stated on every product: a mailer, a box, a wrap, a roll, a sheet, a metre or a label. The minimum is set by value, not by count, so it looks different on each product: the table further down this page shows every one. A roll of paper and a poly mailer are not remotely comparable units, and a minimum measured in money treats them fairly.
How does the quantity pricing work?
A tier applies from its quantity upward until the next one begins. If the table shows one price from 6,000 and a lower one from 10,000, then 8,000 units are charged at the 6,000 rate. Check the gap before you order: when a break is steep, the larger quantity sometimes costs less in total.
When do you quote instead of selling online?
Above the "quoted from" figure shown on each product. At that scale the price depends on your delivery location and how we consolidate the shipment, so a published number would be a guess. A quote normally comes in below the published tier — it is not a way of charging you more.
How much is delivery?
Quoted against your consignment and address, not charged as a flat rate. At these quantities you are into pallet freight, where a flat rate would either lose us money or overcharge you. You approve the delivery cost before you pay anything.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we supply businesses worldwide. Orders ship from the United States, from Australia or directly from our manufacturing partners in China, depending on the product and where it is going, and we confirm which before you pay. Freight is quoted for your destination, and import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient unless your quotation says otherwise. We cannot ship to destinations under US sanctions.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — $500 of goods per order, before freight. Because every product's own minimum is already worth at least that, a single product always clears it; the check matters for carts that mix products. If your cart is below $500, it tells you exactly how much more to add before checkout opens.
Can I mix products to reach the minimum?
Each product has its own minimum quantity, and it applies to each product separately, because each one is produced or picked separately. You can of course order several products on one order, and doing so usually reduces the freight per unit because the consignment consolidates, and everything in your cart counts towards the $500 order value.
Do you do custom sizes and printing?
Yes, quoted separately. Minimums for printed work are higher than for stock lines because of the setup, and lead times are longer; every custom order is quoted at no less than $500 in goods. Send your dimensions, quantity and artwork through the custom packaging form and we will price it — a sketch is enough to quote from, you do not need finished artwork.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or USDT, and only those. Nothing is charged on this website. After you place an order we confirm the goods and the freight, then email you the payment details for the method you chose, quoting your order number. Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared, never before.
Do you accept cards, PayPal or credit terms?
No. Payment is bank transfer or USDT only, in advance. We do not take card payments or PayPal, we accept no cryptocurrency other than USDT, and we do not offer credit or Net payment terms.
How do I know the payment details really came from you?
They arrive by email after you have placed an order and quote your order number. We never publish bank details or wallet addresses on this website, we never ask for card numbers, and we will never tell you our bank details have changed mid-order. If anything differs from that, contact us before you send anything.
What if the goods arrive damaged or short?
Check the delivery on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before you sign. Tell us within the period set out in our returns policy, with photographs and your order number, and we will put it right at our cost.
