Sizes
Sizes are listed in millimetres as well as inches, which suits UK buyers working from metric carrier limits. Mailer sizes are flat dimensions; the usable length is a little shorter because of the seal flap, so compare your packed item with the width and length shown.
Shipping, duties and payment
Freight to the UK is quoted for your address and the product, never estimated at checkout. Import VAT, duty and any customs charges on goods arriving from outside the UK are paid by the recipient unless your quotation says otherwise, so tell us your destination and your import arrangements when you ask for a quote. We cannot supply destinations under US sanctions.
- Minimum order: every product has a minimum worth at least $1,000, and its quantity is shown on the product page; an order must total at least $1,000.00 of goods before freight.
- Prices are in USD and exclude freight and tax.
- Payment is in advance by bank transfer or USDT/BTC. We do not offer credit terms, and nothing is charged on the website.

Is VAT included in your prices?
No. Prices exclude freight and any tax. Import VAT and duty, where they apply, are paid by the recipient unless your quotation says otherwise.
Can I buy compostable or recycled mailers?
Yes. We list recycled and compostable mailers. Recycled content and compostability certificates are stated per production run, so ask for the current one before you quote a claim on your own packaging.
