Prices checked 2026-10-09. A tier applies from its quantity upward until the next tier begins. “Quote” means we price that quantity individually. Every order must also total at least $1,000.00 of goods, so a low-priced line is usually combined with others.
What drives this price
Price follows film weight, so each step up in size costs more because there is more plastic in the bag, while quantity brings the unit price down because the line runs longer between changeovers. Thickness is the other lever: these are 2.5 mil, and a thinner film is cheaper per bag but fails at the seal first.
Before you buy. Pick the smallest size that closes without straining the adhesive strip. The wrong size costs more in failed parcels than any quantity break saves.

Questions
What is the minimum order for Poly Mailers?
20,000 mailers, set so the minimum is worth at least $1,000.00 at the standard size, and every order must total at least $1,000.00 of goods before freight. Several products can be combined on one order.
Does the Poly Mailers price include freight?
No. Prices exclude freight and any tax. Freight is quoted for your delivery address and approved by you before you pay, because bulk consignments vary by weight, volume and destination.
Do these prices change?
Prices move with material costs, so check the current table when you reorder. Once we accept an order, the price on it is the price you pay.
What if I need more than the top quantity?
Above the last online tier we quote individually, and the quote is normally at or below the lowest published price.

Tell us the product, the quantity and where it is going. We reply with a firm quotation including freight.
