Quantity pricing
The price per metre falls as the quantity rises. A tier applies from its quantity upward until the next one begins, so 3,000 is charged at the 2,500 rate. Order value is the goods cost at that tier’s own starting quantity, excluding freight. Your quantity is highlighted as you change it above.

About this product
Kraft paper die-cut with a slit pattern that expands into a three-dimensional honeycomb when you pull it. The lattice grips itself, so a wrapped product stays wrapped without tape, and the expanded structure absorbs impact in a way flat paper cannot.
Sold by the metre and supplied on 250 m rolls, so our 1,000 metre minimum is four rolls. One 500 mm roll wraps several hundred small items depending on how generously you wrap, so a minimum order covers well over a thousand parcels.
Using it well
Pull the sheet steadily to expand it fully before wrapping; a partially expanded sheet gives you much less cushioning for the same material. A simple dispenser bar on the packing bench pays for itself quickly in material saved.

Frequently asked questions
How does this compare to bubble wrap on cost?
Per parcel it is usually slightly more expensive than bubble film, and per litre of void filled it is more expensive still. What you buy for the difference is a single-material parcel your customer can put in kerbside recycling, plus a bench that is not covered in plastic film.
Do I need a dispenser?
Not strictly, but it makes a noticeable difference. Pulling by hand tends to under-expand the sheet, which means you use more material for less protection. A basic bar dispenser is a small one-off cost.
How much is 1,000 metres in rolls?
Four rolls at 250 m each. As a rough planning figure that covers well over a thousand small parcels, depending on item size and how generously you wrap. Measure a week of your own packing before committing to a standing order.
