Enter your product’s length, width and height and the padding you want. The finder names the smallest stock carton that fits.

Our stock cartons

The finder checks your product against these six sizes, turning the product on its side if that helps. Dimensions are internal.

Questions

How much padding should I allow?

About an inch on every side for most products, more for fragile ones. Padding is what stops a corner knock reaching the product, and it is the first thing people cut when they pick a box too small.

What if nothing fits?

Then a stock size is not right for the product. We make custom-size cartons, quoted to your specification; request a quote with the product dimensions.

Should I measure the product or its packaging?

The product as it will be packed, including any retail box or inner wrap. Measure the largest dimensions, not the average.

Why not just choose the biggest box?

Freight. Carriers bill by dimensional weight, so an oversize box costs more to ship on every parcel. Use the dimensional weight calculator to compare.
