- Large cartons where the flap seam is wide
- Heavy cartons that go through rough handling and need the seal covered edge to edge
- Export and consolidated cartons that are stacked high
- Operations that currently apply two strips of narrow tape per seam
Worth knowing. Wider is not stronger per millimetre; it simply covers more of the joint. It also needs a 3 inch dispenser, and a 48 mm dispenser will not take it, so check your equipment before you order.
